Mercy sake we have a contest now
Please try:
systemctl disable bluetooth
It should prompt you to enter your password
Also you could try:
systemctl stop --now bluetooth
That should persist through out your session
That should be good enough for now.
Unless you have other questions..

BTW Back-ups are sexy...:)
Wise to stay with one OS.
If you want to play with more than one OS use KVM (Virt-manager) or Vbox it's much safer that way. :)
Hi peyre, will you try this first:
snap-store --quit
See if it will quit gracefully.
Or run:
killall snap-store
If your still looking a good start with instructions found here: https://blackstewie.com/posts/install-ubuntu-with-btrfs/
I definitely suggest adding a "@snapshots" with one note "/.snapshots"...
My Disclaimer Is my attempt to keep one user at bay, They seem to want to educate me at every step. ;)
And I promise I would ask if needed. :P
That is very thought provoking, I'm happy as is outside of better current/newer hardware support, and that's not on Linux but vendors/manufacturers.
Hence the comment More Skilled/Qualified Coders...
Mine is formatted as fat32, now I need to move to that Drive first ie:
cd /media/me/MINE/
Now I'll make a Folder called "folder"
mkdir folder
Reader Disclaimer, My opinion only!
Agreed but with a wee bit more of a Linux Desktop market share percentage, I feel we would also pickup more qualified/skilled Developers as well..
Lord knows...
+1 for the bug report, I just never use ubuntu-driver anything...instead I use:
apt list nvidia-driver*
Listing... Done
nvidia-driver-390/noble 390.157-0ubuntu7 amd64...
Your Very Welcome....I was hoping for a better outcome though. :(
Looks like a re-install might be needed then..
Wait for our very wise oldfred to have a peek first.
Look again at:
less /etc/default/grub
Your machine is possessed....
Ok Thanks, I'm going to suggest a possible show stopper now so you been warned.
But first see ajgreeny's and use his post #59
Now after that is done with no errors shown, please run this:
sudo...
Yep that looks right, will you just to be sure show me this currently:
sudo blkid | grep /dev/sdh1
Then something is amuck, I had asked you a while back>>>Is the Thumb drive formatted as Fat32?
With no clear answer....
My rEFInd thumb drive shows as
Boot0002* EFI USB Device (SanDisk Cruzer U) UsbWwid(781,55a5,0,20053954100F1DB33DE)/HD(1,GPT,eb0ef56a-4816-4dd1-9067-dfd783891989,0x800,0x301f)RC
EDIT OR
...
I added to it as well after actually seeing it did not show for me as well.
Apologies for saying different in post # 4 and Post #2
That Picture is way to small for my aging eyes :)
Do you have a boot priority with F12 when immediately booting up? (Spam your F12 when it first begins to restart)
EDIT I did see First Boot...
